The internet boom has created a large number of mis-conceptions in the market and in the minds of talented individuals -- individuals who we clearly need to accomplish this project on time and on budget. Yet the importance of equity and compensation balance across an organization as large and diverse as ours is equally important to note. Without equity conflict is assured.
