All rates based on one (1) hour minimum, then billed in 30 minute increments.
Rates DO NOT include Parts, Materials, Supplies and/or additional vendor support costs if required.
Parts & Materials: Cost plus shipping and applicable taxes and a 10% procurement fee.
All Rates above quoted for normal business hours (8am-5pm) Monday through Friday, non-Holiday or special occasions.
Emergency Rates and outside of these stated times frames: a minimum of 2x the above rates apply.
